You can apply for a trade account by filling out the form on our Contact us page

To qualify for a trade account you must be able to provide two trade references from other suppliers.

Once you have decided on the rug you would like pricing on, please email info@16tenrugs.com with your request and one of our Account Managers will be in touch.

Please note, unfortunately we are currently unable to supply retail pricing since we are trade only. If you would like to be connected to an Interior Designer then we can recommend someone to you.

Samples are lent to clients on a project by project basis. We can also order samples for your library for £40 ex VAT per sample.

16TEN Rugs stand by our product and therefore if a rug is faulty we will replace it for you FOC. We do not accept returns for non-faulty items.

Unfortunately, 16ten Rugs is trade only and we are unable to work with retail clients directly at this time. Please contact us and we can recommend a member of the trade to purchase through.

We are very happy to sell rug underlay with your rug order. Please speak to your Account Manager for a quote.

Curb side rug delivery within London is complimentary. We can also include a delivery and installation service quotation for you. This is a chargeable service and will include underlay. Please contact us should you have any further questions on this.

16TEN can arrange for your rug to be treated with a stain protection treatment which seals each fibre and helps to avoid stains absorbing into the pile. This treatment can be applied to new or old rugs and can be done in your home so please contact us for more information.
